Since checkout is completed on PayPal’s site, you need PayPal to send your website Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Setting up IPN is a simple affair.

How does It work?
- If you already have a normal PayPal account just ask PayPal to change it to a business account (free)
- If you do not have a PayPal account yet then Signup for a Premier or Business account here https://www.paypal.com/signup/account/
- Install and activate PayPal IPN extension on your site and go to wp-admin / Classifieds / Options / PayPal IPN settings
- Enter your Payment Name (the label which users will see), your PayPal Email, Environment (select Production) and then save the form
- From wp-admin / Classifieds / Options panel enable Payments module and optionally make the PayPal IPN the default payment method (recommended)
- Now every time a visitor posts an Ad in the frontend in the third step they will see a payment form, allowing them to make a payment.
- Once the payment is made the transaction will be instantly and automatically verified by PayPal, the verification sent via the IPN and the Ad will be automatically approved!
